Customers selecting painted glass must choose a RAL colour in person at our showroom.
Digital representations of colour are not reliable. Colours viewed on phones, tablets, computers, or printed materials may vary significantly from the actual physical colour.
Paint batches may vary. While every effort is made to maintain consistency, slight variations can occur between batches. These variations are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.
Once a colour is chosen and the order is finalised, the colour cannot be changed unless the customer contacts us directly and the change is formally accepted in writing by the company.
No refunds or compensation will be issued for colour variations, batch differences, or incorrect choices made by the customer.
2. Mirrors – Finish Selection & Variations
Mirrors are available in five distinct finishes.
We strongly recommend that customers visit our showroom to view these finishes in person before placing an order.
Once a mirror finish is selected and the order is finalised, the finish cannot be changed unless the customer contacts us and the change is formally accepted in writing by the company.
Variations in finish, texture, tone, or appearance may occur between batches or individual products. These variations are considered normal and acceptable.
No refunds or compensation will be issued due to finish variations or erroneous choices made by the customer.
3. Using Mirror as a Kitchen Splashback
Mirror splashbacks are not toughened, therefore panels are not as robust as painted Glass splashbacks.
Notches and socket cutouts create weak points in mirror products, this can occasionally lead to cracking.
Mirror is not designed to withstand high temperatures. Too much direct heat from hobs, cookware or steam may lead to cracking.
4. Customer Responsibility & Final Agreement
By signing these Terms & Conditions, the customer acknowledges that:
They have personally viewed and approved their chosen colour or finish, or they accept full responsibility for any differences between digital/printed representations and the actual product.
They understand that colour and finish variations may occur and are not grounds for refund or replacement.
They accept the outlined risks involved when using mirror as a kitchen splashback.
They accept that all choices made are final, unless a change is formally agreed in writing.
No refunds shall be given due to colour variations, finish variations, or incorrect selections once the customer has agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This also applies to cracks or breakages should the customer decide to use mirror as a kitchen splashback.
